Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! I’m back from my little crossword vacation and hopefully refreshed and renewed to return to weekly-ish postings.
Since I last spoke to you, I turned 50 and made the decision to retire from my full-time job as a psychologist with the Federal Bureau of Prisons on December 31st. I plan to focus on my private practice, making more puzzles, and being open to whatever the universe may see fit to put in front of me. I’m very glad that you are one of the things the universe has already delivered, and I appreciate you being a part of Grid Therapy.
Over at Sid’s Grids, Sid Sivakumar is offering a pack of themeless puzzles in exchange for a donation to an organization of your choice which supports Afghan women and girls. You’ll be getting some great puzzles and helping out a group of people who really need support. I hope you’ll participate. Sid also edits the crossword puzzle at The Juggernaut. That puzzle focuses on South Asian themes, entries, and clues, and Sid was nice enough to contribute a clue to an entry in today’s puzzle which would be right at home in The Juggernaut.
Have a great holiday, and I’ll see you back here soon.
The New Yorker really described Romo that way? Sometimes (make that often) he gets so excited that you expect his head to explode!
Other than that, this is a great puzzle. Thanks.
Happy Birthday and thanks for another great puzzle!
